We have experienced & trained Sacramento Process Servers & process servers nationwide that can serve your documents in all 50 states.  Complete process server order form below and attach your documents or email them to

processservernearme@gmail.com.  You will be contacted via phone/email to confirm your order and provide the service of process price.  We will then email you an online invoice for payment.  

Prepayment is required before service attempts.  You will receive email notification of service attempts.  We will email you a Nationwide Affidavit of Service/Proof of Service to file with the court.  Please advise if you need the proof of service mailed to you with original signature.

There is no guarantee that the party will be able to be served.  Bad address, not answering the door, unable to get onto the property due to fencing are some of the reasons that the documents may not be able to be served.
