How To File a Corporation, LLC, LP, GP, or LLP in California?
The California Secretary of State’s office (1500 11th St, Sacramento, CA 95814) is the location where your File a corporation, LLC, LP, GP, or LLP.  Our firm provides filing services to the Sacramento California Secretary of State.
